I understand that I am personally responsible for all equipment I personally check out from the Equipment Room, and I will be held personally responsible for loss and/or damage caused by negligence.
I understand that it is my responsibility to report any incident regarding loss or damage of equipment immediately to the Film Program Manager. Any theft must be reported to the police immediately.
I understand that violations of Equipment Room rules, including punctuality for equipment check outs and check ins, will result in a grade deduction on the final course grade as indicated in the Student Handbook.
I understand that all of my creative works created as a class assignment are my own personal property, and I give Broward College the right to permanently archive and use my work for educational, promotional, screening, recruitment, and all appropriate purposes.
